Last week I was browsing the internet for some new cool gadgets and i found this one. The pocket guitar for the Iphone. definitly something cool for musicians. It is an application you can install on your Iphone or Ipod touch. The touchscreen changes into a guitar! It still isn’t working optimally, however Mr. Shinya Kasatani is already working on a new version. I think that this could be the start of a whole new way of musicmaking in the future!

Science of the Time: There have been numerous articles on the revolutionary aspects of the Apple Iphone. And there have been countless on its faults. What makes this program different from the midi music making programs on old telephones is that it’s tactile. You can put your fingers to work and actually learn via the phone how to play.
