Working in Marketing and Communications for over 20 years for entrepreneurial consulting firms, consumer goods and durable goods industries, such as INCEPA S/A (a sanitary ware, bathroom accessories and ceramic tiles manufacturer, at the time under Swiss ownership), O Boticário (a managing brand for personal care and beauty products and the franchisee of a network of 2200 stores selling cosmetics), Gouvêa de Souza & MD Consulting (a consulting firm specialized in Marketing, Distribution and Retail and a member of EBELTOFT GROUP - International Retail Experts), and the Talent Communications Group (advertising agency).
An expert in marketing, retail, distribution, point-of-sale and consumer buying behavior, received the 1999 ADVB Brazil Marketing Award, granted by the Brazilian Marketing Foundation, for the success of the “O Boticário Interactive Stores” case. A nominee for the 2008 Caboré Award in the category Planning Professional, an award promoted by the newspaper Meio & Mensagem.
Teacher at the Full Marketing (Specialization Course) and Marketing Master (Executive MBA) courses at Madia Marketing School.
